What is Marigold?

Marigold, also known as calendula or pot marigold, is a flower that has been loved since ancient Egypt and Europe for its rich nutrients such as lutein, zeaxanthin, vitamin A, and carotenoids.

How to Enjoy Marigold Flower Tea

Place one or two flowers in 250ml of 80-90°C water and steep for about 3-5 minutes. (You can adjust the amount of petals to your desired strength.)

For better results, steep at least 3 times, as this helps extract more lutein.

If you prefer it cold, prepare a small amount of hot water to steep, then add ice and sparkling water for a refreshing drink.

You can also chill the steeped flower tea and store it in the refrigerator for frequent consumption.
